As part of its mandate to support French international solidarity associations, the NGO's Microprojects division La Guilde offers new training sessions in micro-development project management. The training courses present simple methodological tools for setting up a development project. They allow participants to master the language of development and donors, allowing for a more "professional" presentation of their project. They offer participants the opportunity to acquire theoretical and methodological elements related to development project management. They combine theory and practical exercises. These training courses are also a place for exchanges and networking between associations or project leaders.
Objective of the training Planning and Implementation of a Microproject:
After having carried out the diagnosis and designed your project in conjunction with your partner, you must commit to considering its planning, that is to say the best way to develop all the activities of your project so that it takes place according to a precise framing. Of course, this framework is provisional and may change depending on the various hazards you may encounter. The objective of this training is therefore to provide you with the keys and tools to carry out a effective planning for the successful implementation of your project.
The one-day training session will cover theoretical elements—based on a participatory and interactive training principle—through practical cases, testimonials, and exercises. This training focuses on the definition and relevance of operational planning for an international solidarity project. The various stages of operational planning are covered: developing the operational action plan, implementing the project in partnership, developing specifications with service providers, and implementing and monitoring the project.
The primary target audience is primarily small and medium-sized NGOs and international solidarity associations. Participants may have a minimum level of knowledge in methodology, but this is not mandatory.
