Because an international solidarity project cannot be improvised, it is necessary to equip yourself with methodological tools and advice in international solidarity project management. La Guilde's Microprojects division supports you every step of the way, from the initial idea to the completion of your project.
There are a thousand and one project ideas in a world that needs solidarity. But how do we move from this idea to a real project that brings about real change for the people on the ground? La Guilde and the Microprojects division are working to answer this question by supporting organizations seeking to implement this type of initiative. Through various support methods, we offer you support throughout the duration of your project. From the transition from this idea to a structured project, through support in finding funding, to the final evaluation, we will accompany you throughout the life cycle of your project.
To ensure no initiative is overlooked, La Guilde works in partnership with the Regional Multi-Stakeholder Networks (RRMA). These organizations operate at the regional level and bring together various international solidarity actors from the territories. These networks, present in most French regions, offer local support. Beyond this support and advisory work, through their in-depth knowledge of the territories and the actors who make them up, the RRMA can best guide associations towards financing mechanisms adapted to the projects presented.
Through personalized, one-on-one meetings with your association, we will work extensively on your project. We will consider viability, work on the diagnostic, identify avenues for finding funding, monitor the project during its implementation, and assist with reporting: our support is offered from the beginning to the end of your project.
In addition to this support, La Guilde offers two training sessions per year. These modules aim to strengthen your skills in project management and development. Thematic training sessions on gender issues, agroecology, and income-generating activities are also offered. These face-to-face training sessions also allow for the exchange of experiences between associations.
Information meetings take place before each call for projects and allow us to provide you with as much information as possible about the current session. We review the eligibility and selection criteria, the process, and the application form. The goal is to give you all the information you need to begin writing your application.
The Morning Meetings are dedicated to the winning associations to discuss the implementation of their projects. These Morning Meetings are an opportunity to share best practices on budget monitoring for your project, on partnership relationships, on how you evaluate your project, etc. A friendly and convivial atmosphere is guaranteed!

After many years of monitoring various international solidarity initiatives, it is important for La Guilde to be able to capitalize on these experiences. These workshops are there to provide a time for reflection between several associations that have worked on a common theme to draw from them best practices. This allows other associations to draw inspiration from this work in the future.

The award-winning support program is offered to nonprofits that have received funding. It offers the winning nonprofits the opportunity to meet several times to get to know each other. These meetings are also an opportunity to share tools to support the monitoring of your project, the relationship with your partner, and the safety of your nonprofit in the field.
