And it's almost back to school! Starting in September, La Guilde training sessions start again!
This second training cycle for the year 2024 complements the first which took place in the spring, and expands our catalog with, in particular, specific Sport and Development training which will take place online.
The mission of La Guilde's Microprojects division is tosupport and train French associations of international solidarity around the management of their microprojects as well as various specific themes to development aid.
The training cycle consists of general training.
Place : Paris, in person
Schedules : from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

These training courses are offered on the following dates:
- Integrating gender into international solidarity projects: Friday, September 13, 2024
- Diagnosis and design of an international solidarity project: Friday, November 15, 2024
- Planning and implementation of an international solidarity project: Friday, November 22, 2024
- Establishing a budget and seeking funding: Friday, November 29, 2024
- Monitoring and evaluation of an international solidarity project: Friday, December 6, 2024
- Income Generating Activities (IGA): Friday, December 13, 2024
These participatory and interactive training sessions cover the various phases of the project cycle. They incorporate theoretical foundations, specific vocabulary, and practical exercises around each topic covered. Thanks to the knowledge and skills acquired and the tools available, you will also be better prepared to respond to calls for projects from La Guilde and other organizations.

Also, the integration of specific training in Sport and development in the training cycle this semester is a new feature! Two types of training are available.

These training courses will be offered on the following dates:
- Sport, children's rights and child protection: 1 session in French and 1 session in English THE Thursday, September 19 2024 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. / 1 session in French and 1 session in English THE Thursday, October 10, 2024 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
- Integrating gender equality into sport for development projects – level 2: 1 session in French THE Friday, September 27, 2024 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. / 1 session in English THE Wednesday, October 23, 2024 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
These training courses will allow you to deepen your understanding of the Sport and Development approach, through the prism of child protection and gender equality. They are provided free online, using a link that will be sent to you after your registration.
