In 2023, FORIM, La Guilde, the Coallia Foundation, and Yvelines International Cooperation (YCID) and development (YCID), supported by F3E, launched a study for the creation of a repository of impact indicators for micro-projects.
She aimed to to propose a common framework for measuring and evaluating the effects and changes of development initiatives funded under the various micro-project support schemes: PRA/OSIM for FORM, PTMP for La Guilde, call for projects International Solidarity for the Coallia foundation, and the Yvelines Initiatives Support Fund for YCID (replaced by the APAY scheme – Support for projects of Yvelines associations).
The study was entrusted to consultants Kerstin Shönauer (responsible for the study), Christiane Dardé and Igor Ouedraogo.
The deliverables, submitted in 2024, were presented to the French Development Agency on January 23, 2025.
