The calls for projects proposed by the program are organized electronically via an online platform: the Solidarity Portal. This digital tool was created in 2013 by La Guilde to facilitate the management of calls for projects, project monitoring, and to bring together different stakeholders in the sector (donors, project leaders, support providers) on a single platform.
The Solidarity Portal allows project leaders to submit a single funding application to multiple donors. These donors can then pool their selection processes, notably by conducting joint assessments and drawing on a vast network of country and thematic experts.
Additionally, through the platform, associations benefit from personalized advice on their projects, whether they are funded or not. This is part of the comprehensive support that La Guilde is committed to providing.
Monitoring of winning associations and projects is also facilitated by the online platform, as it provides an interface providing access to project implementation reports, mission reports in the event of field visits, as well as the management of disbursements of the various tranches of grants.
