our programs

For over 40 years, La Guilde has been dedicated to highlighting international solidarity initiatives led by committed individuals who work closely with local needs and communities. Through its support for microprojects, La Guilde believes in the efficiency and impact of projects on a human scale, rooted in their environment and driven by local stakeholders.

Thus, through its various programs, La Guilde supports projects in various areas of intervention such as education, health, the environment and human rights, and thus intends to contribute to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The Territorialized Microproject Platform (PTMP)

Initially funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, then by the French Development Agency (AFD) from 2013, the program "Territorialized Platform for Microprojects» (formerly “Microproject Agency”) carried by La Guilde aims to structure, support and strengthen the actors who carry dinternational solidarity microprojects. Among its main missions: individual support and collective, training in project management, financing via calls for projects, promotion and capitalization of solidarity initiatives. Lmulti-country calls for projects and multi-thematic are organized every year, in spring and autumn.

Since 2020, the program aims to promote the structuring of international solidarity associations in France and their partners. To this end, La Guilde has joined forces with the Regional Multi-Actor Networks (RRMA) based in each region of France.

These local networks are the regional interlocutors of development, cooperation and international solidarity actors.

So, if your association is based in one of the regions below, you can contact the RRMA of this region to be supported in structuring your project.

Through its flexible approach and sensitivity to the crises the world is going through, the program strives to deploy systems as close as possible to the needs of the field, notably through specific calls for projects such as in Lebanon in 2021 and 2022, in Senegal in 2023, in Armenia in 2024. These calls for projects were set up with the additional support of the Fondation de France.

Sports & Development Expertise

During his speech in Ouagadougou in November 2017, President Emmanuel Macron positioned sport as a "lever of action for youth and economic and social development in Africa."

Since 2019, to mobilize sports stakeholders in favor of sustainable development, La Guilde has asserted its expertise in social innovation through direct impact field action alongside the AFD.

Since 2015, the Sustainable Development Goals have formed the framework and strategic depth of "sport for development and peace", as noted by the 2030 Agenda for Development adopted by the General Assembly.

Thus, as a cross-cutting field of action, sport is used as a lever for awareness and mobilization in the service of the empowerment of women and young people, of the individual and the community, of the achievement of health, education and social inclusion objectives.

“Sport has the power to unite people in an almost unique way.”

COREOM: a program dedicated to overseas associations

Overseas regional cooperation – since 2024, has encouraged the dynamics of regional and international cooperation between overseas civil society organizations (CSOs) based in the two oceans: Atlantic (Guadeloupe, Guyana, Martinique) and Indian (Mayotte and Réunion).

Based on a diagnostic study conducted in the five overseas territories, the program adapts to the needs expressed by CSOs. In response to difficulties accessing funding, the demand for support, and the lack of visibility of stakeholders, COREOM offers local support, networking, collective training, and tailored financial support, promoting the emergence of locally anchored projects. It thus contributes to structuring sustainable and tangible international cooperation dynamics at the regional level.

Financially supported by the French Development Agency (AFD) and the Fondation de France, CORÉOM is implemented by La Guilde, with the assistance of territorial networks and relay partners engaged in the five territories such as Karib Horizon, the Mayotte Environmental and Sustainable Development Education Network, CIRRMA, Unite Caribbean, Développement Territoires Conseils and 3A Conseils, ensuring local support and links with the local institutions concerned.
